Rajesh Prasad is a Partner and a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. His practice is dedicated to counseling clients in obtaining employment and family based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Mr. Prasad has substantial expertise in PERM Labor Certifications, First-Preference – Priority Workers (EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-1C), National Interest Waivers (NIW), EB-5 Investment Visa, and Special Immigrant (Religious Workers). He advises clients in obtaining temporary visas for business personnel – Specialty Occupation Workers (H-1B), Intra-company Transferee (L-1A and L-1B), Extra-Ordinary Ability (O-1A), Treaty Investor (E-2), and Religious Worker (R-1) visas.

Mr. Prasad strategizes responses to complex Requests for Evidence (RFE) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID) including filing of Motions to Reopen and Reconsider, Appeals to Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Additionally, Mr. Prasad has successfully represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
