Ms. Bindi Parikh is the Founding Partner of Parikh & Prasad, PC. At the firm Ms. Parikh oversees employment based and family based visa petitions, including citizenship applications and appeals. Her sphere of experience extends to priority worker EB-1 visas and O-1 extraordinary ability alien visas. She has extensive experience in investment based E-1, E-2 and EB-5 visas. The firm has helped many foreign companies establish their U.S. operations and also helped U.S companies to file permanent resident petitions for their temporary foreign employees thereby helping them retain their valued employees on a permanent basis. Additionally, Ms. Parikh handles removal defense, cancellation of removal, administrative closure, and termination of removal proceedings.

Ms. Parikh has previously worked for prominent immigration law firms. Her most recent employment was with a leading global immigration firm where she handled business related visa petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, J-1 and O-1 petitions. She also successfully filed investment based visa petitions, E-1, E-2 and EB-5 and represented clients from all over the world. Ms. Parikh has also practiced real estate and transactional law.
